Frat honored for service to scouts

The Zeta Sigma chapter of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity
received official recognition from the Exploring Division of the Del-
Mar-Va Council of the Boy Scouts of America for its assistance at the
annual Explorer Scout phone-a-thon.
Each brother of the organization solicited more than $500 in
pledges.
According to Robert K. Cooper, Exploring Division executive,
their civic mindedness is a "positive reflection of them as
individuals and members of the University of Delaware community," and
the division takes "great pride in maintaining such a positive and
rewarding relationship with the brothers of APO...."
