Linda Carey appointed manager of Housing Assignment Services

     Linda Carey has been named manager of Housing Assignment
Services, reporting directly to David Butler, executive director for
housing and conference services.
     In her new position, she will continue to have responsibility for
room assignments, room changes and helping students solve special
assignments problems.
     She also will be involved in all aspects of the housing marketing
program.
     Carey came to the University in 1980 as an area manager.
     In 1984, she became acting coordinator of room assignments and,
later in the year, was appointed assistant director for room
assignments.
