Personal approach to clients:
"I try to create an empathetic, accepting and nonjudgmental and
positive counseling atmosphere, where clients will come and feel
trusting and secure enough to openly reveal the emotional and factual
content of their problems.
"This is necessary to facilitate changes in a client's behavior
and thinking because both affect their personal growth and development
and their goals of problem resolution, mitigation, management or
acceptance."

Most satisfying experiences:
"I am very satisfied when I can develop a therapeutic
relationship and enter the client's innermost personal world. I
consider it an honor that a client allows me to do so, and it's good
to feel trusted and to be a part of a positive change process."
