Personal approach to clients:
"I believe all clients are deserving of treatment that includes
humility, honesty, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
Regardless of the issue, a solution is at hand. I believe that
together we can achieve measurable success."

Most satisfying experiences:
"The most satisfying experience is when a client understands and
applies the principles of recovery that we have discussed to his or
her life, and to see that the results are evident from obvious changes
in behavior. Also, through my clients, I have learned that we all are
forever changing and growing."
