Watercolor exhibition Jan. 8-Feb. 10

     Watercolors by area artists John Dumel and Cynthia Swanson will
be featured from Jan. 8 through Feb. 10 in the gallery of Clayton
Hall.
     A free opening reception is scheduled from 6-8 p.m., Friday, Jan.
12.
     Among Dumel's watercolors in the show will be landscapes and
seascapes inspired by his travels through Italy, Greece, Spain and
Nova Scotia, as well as the scenery of Wilmington and New Castle. This
show marks his debut as an exhibiting artist.
     As a self-employed artist, Swanson specializes in drawing
architectural renderings of houses and barns for clients and custom
home builders. This exhibition will feature her architectural pencil
drawings, as well as her bright floral watercolors.
     The free public exhibition will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.,
Mondays through Fridays.
