Richard Walter new director

     Richard Walter has been named director of Facilities Management.
Walter joined the University staff in October 1993 as assistant
director of operations and maintenance. Before coming to the
University, he was in charge of facilities management assignments at
General Electric.
     Walter is a Certified Facilities Manager through the
International Facilities Management Association and is a member of the
Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers. He received his
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the State University
of New York at Buffalo. Walter lives in Newark with his wife, Mary.
