Wellness works - Weight management keeps it off

     I have tried every diet that's been advertised and taken off
weight and then put more back on. But, after I took a group weight
management program from Marianne Carter, using my Wellness Dollars, I
took off excess weight and kept it off.
     "Last springs our whole office decided to spend our Wellness
Dollars on a weight management program. Marianne came to the office
for about eight sessions, and she introduced us to thinking about fat
grams. Her message was: Combine exercise with eating healthy food and
be specially aware of fat grams.
     "Now, I am not an exercisaholic, although I do aerobics when I
have time and walk extra steps. However, most of my exercise comes
from my fingers on the computer keyboard.
     "However, by understanding foods, reading labels, thinking about
what I am eating, I've lost over 30 pounds.
     "Although it takes some self-discipline, I'm not deprived-I eat
far more than I did on all those diets.
     "There's a spin-off benefit too. My cholesterol count is much
better than it used to be and so is my husband's. His general health
also has improved. The doctor is very pleased and even wants to know
what our system is so he can get his cholesterol count down, too!"
