James Windsor is interim director

     James C. Windsor has been appointed interim director of the
University's Research and Education Center in Georgetown, serving
until June 1 while director Mark Isaacs is on a leave of absence to
complete course work for a doctorate in weed science.
     Windsor, who also serves as Sussex County extension director, has
been associated with the center for more than three decades, first as
a student and later as an extension agricultural agent.
