Dance ensemble in Pearson Hall

     The Jazz Tap Ensemble, the featured company for the 1995-96 Dance on
Delaware Tour, will perform at noon on Friday, July 14, in Pearson Hall.
     The performance is free and open to the public.
     The first tap show ever featured at Carnegie Hall, Jazz Tap tours
throughout the U.S. with appearances at the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian
Institution, Spoleto USA and Dance/Aspen. The group has staged New York
seasons at dance theatre workshop and the Joyce Theatre. Its home seasons
have been staged in Los Angeles at the Japan American Theatre and Westwood
Playhouse.
     The July 14 appearance is part of the University's 1995 Summer
