     Band; 5:30 p.m.; evening concludes with fireworks, University by
     the Sea Summer Arts Festival. Hugh R. Sharp Campus, Lewes.
     Admission in advance: $11/adults, $5/youth 7-17, free to children
     under 7; at the door: $13/ adults, $7/youth 7-17. Patron seating,
     $25.

     Late registration begins. Change of registration for advance-

     Last day to register or to add courses. After this date, tuition
     and a $15 processing fee will be charged for change of
     registration; students withdrawing from courses will receive a
     grade of "W" on permanent record.
