Campus rental housing available

     The University rental program has several properties available
for those seeking temporary, affordable housing.
     Both furnished and unfurnished residences are available. Some
have been upgraded recently with painting, carpeting and new kitchens.
Lease arrangements are available for new faculty/staff moving to the
area, and the lease can be terminated if and when the tenant purchases
a home.
     The following properties are now available:
       337 South College Ave., three bedrooms, two baths, unfurnished,
          $875 per month, available July 1;
       133 East Delaware Ave., three bedrooms, one bath, furnished,
          $820 per month, available July 1;
       17 Lovett Ave., three bedrooms, one bath, unfurnished, $745 per
          month, available Oct. 1;
       219 West Main St., five bedrooms, three baths, unfurnished,
          $950 per month, immediate occupancy;
       198 Orchard Rd., three bedrooms, two baths, furnished, $860 per
          month, available Aug. 1;
       322 Wyoming Rd., two bedrooms, one bath, unfurnished, $630 per
          month, available July 1; and
       325 Wyoming Rd., two bedrooms, one bath, unfurnished, $630 per
          month, available July 1.
