Wellness works
I have been taking different kinds of aerobic classes for nine
years, and I am hooked. I was delighted to have Wellness Dollars to
spend on a noontime, step aerobics class and toward my locker rental.
In the class, we perform different routines to music using a step. The
more energetic can put risers under their steps to raise them for an
even better workout.
As a nurse, I know the importance of exercise and taking care of
one's health. In addition to toning up the total body and being a good
cardiovascular activity, aerobics is fun, clears your mind, relieves
tensions and prepares you for the rest of the day. I also enjoy using
the Employee Fitness Center when time permits."
