Concert canceled
     The Del'Arte Wind Quintet concert, scheduled for April 27 at the
Second Baptist Church in Wilmington, has been canceled. It will be
rescheduled in the fall.


Nutrition club
     The Nutrition and Dietetics Club will present a program on
"Career Opportunities in Nutrition Education," featuring Odonna
Mathews, vice president of Consumer Relations for Giant Foods, at
11:30 a.m., Monday, April 24, in 202 Alison Hall.

Grant writing
     An intensive, 10-hour, grant-writing workshop will be held from
noon-5 p.m., May 11-12, in Room 202 Alison Hall.
     The sessions will teach participants how to complete a brief
proposal and letter seeking economic support from foundations or
corporations.
     Individuals also will learn of sources of research and
development support and grant resources at the University. Space is
limited to 20 persons. Faculty, professional staff and graduate
students are encouraged to attend.

'Bullets' showing
     The International Film Series will present Woody Allen's Bullets
Over Broadway instead of Caro Diaro at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, April 23, in
140 Smith Hall.


Secretary's Day
     The Blue and Gold Club will offer a special buffet luncheon at
$7.80 per person from 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 26, in the
Main Dining Room.
     The fee includes a 12 percent service charge. For details and

Ag Day Saturday
     The University's annual Ag Day celebration will be held from 10
a.m. -3 p.m., Saturday, April 22, on the grounds of the College of
Agriculture in Newark. This college festival is student run and is
designed to showcase the many dimensions of agriculture to the
University and the community at large.
