Wellness works
Looking over the offerings this year, there were many new
interesting options. Although I had no specific problems, I decided to
take five sessions with a personal trainer, including an after-
exercise, super stretch session. Having a personal trainer was an
inspiration and an incentive toward performing and working toward
better fitness. The trainer provided instant feedback-giving me an
informal assessment, making suggestions and corrections that made
exercise more beneficial. It was a neat experience-informative,
enjoyable and helpful to me. I became more pro-active in establishing
a fitness routine and feel healthier. The sessions were a good use for
my Wellness Dollars, and I highly recommend the program."
