Employees participate in annual enrichment program
The fourth annual Employee Enrichment Day for approximately 90
hourly employees of Housing and Conference Services was held April 3
in the Perkins Student Center
After the keynote address, "Alignment: New Directions," on the
new Housing and Conference Facilities Division with Ralph R. Johnson,
director, and Barbara Graham, associate director, employees selected
workshops during four different sessions.
The workshops, designed to build professional and personal
skills, included such topics as residence hall security systems,
custodial equipment care and maintenance, stress management and
gardening techniques.
The day ended with a "FLEX By Phone" demonstration and
information on the time and attendance system.
For the conference, the Employee Benefits Office and the Employee
Wellness Program set up information tables. A convenient health
screening using UD Wellness Dollars also was available for
participants.
The program coordinator was Catherine Skelley, assistant director
of Housing and Conference Services.
