Change of command

     The University of Delaware Army ROTC Change of Command ceremony
was held Feb. 17 in the Carpenter Sports Building. The event, which
occurs each semester, was attended by cadets, faculty cadre, family
members and guests. The event marks the formal change of leadership in
the cadet chain of commmand of the University of Delaware Fighting
Blue Hen Battalion.
