Warner, Taylor awards deadline

     The University of Delaware Alumni Association annually presents
the Emalea Pusey Warner and Alexander J. Taylor Sr. awards to honor an
outstanding woman and man, respectively, of the senior class.
     The nominee must have a cumulative index of 3.0 or better at the
end of the first semester of his/her senior year and must have
demonstrated the outstanding qualities of leadership, citizenship, and
character exemplified by Mrs. Warner and Mr. Taylor.
     The recipients will each receive a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond on
Honors Day, and will be invited to lead the procession of alumni
delegates at the 1995 Commencement ceremony.
     Additionally, each recipient's name will be inscribed on plaques
near the Alumni Room of the Perkins Student Center.
     The nomination deadline is Wednesday, March 15. Forms should be
submitted to the Office of Alumni and University Relations.
