Circle K organization seeks adviser
The Circle K Club of the University of Delaware is seeking a full-
time faculty or professional staff member to act as an adviser and
serve as liaison between the administration and the club.
Circle K is a collegiate service organization that involves
student in campus and community service while developing quality
leaders and citizens.
The organization is a sponsored program of Kiwanis International,
a service group for professional men and women. Membership is open to
all college students. Circle K exists on more than 500 campuses in
seven countries, with more than 10,000 members of Circle K
International.
The national organization was formed in 1955. The University club
is in its 18th year of service. Previous projects have helped Emmaus
House, Newark Manor Nursing home, Adopt-A-Block and Special Olympics,
among others.
The club meets at 7 p.m., Sunday in the Collins Room of the
