Patra to break ice

     Patra, recognized as "the queen of the dancehall" will open for
Zhane at the University of Delaware's "Ice Breaker '94," an annual
concert and after-concert party, scheduled this year for 8 p.m.,
Friday, Sept. 9, in Pearson Hall. Tickets for the concert and party,
available only in advance, are $18 for the general public and $13 for
students. They may be purchased at the University's Center for Black
Culture. At the door, concert tickets are $10 for students and $18 for
the general public, and tickets for the party only are $4. For
