Award winner

     Mark Manno, University of Delaware 4-H agent, has won national
recognition for his monthly column in The Newark Post. He received the
National Association of Extension 4-H Communicator Award for 1994 in
the personal column category. His column tackles topics relevant to
people's lives-from teen suicide prevention to bicycle safety.
