Take free bus to Coast Day

     A Voyage to Discovery," this year's Coast Day, will be held from 11
a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 3, at the College of Marine Studies complex in
Lewes.
     Limited seating on round-trip bus transportation to the event will be
provided free of charge to employees, students and their immediate family
members.
     This year's 100 exhibits and events will include lectures and
information on marine research and marine careers, ship tours, an
environmental forum, marine critter learning tanks, a marine video
festival, seafood cooking demonstrations, the annual crab cake cook-off,
tours of the marine studies complex, a performance by the First State Force
band and an air-sea rescue demonstration.
     Buses will depart from the parking lot near the Amy E. du Pont Music
Building at 9 a.m., and will arrive in Lewes by 11 a.m.
     Departure from the College of Marine Studies complex is scheduled for
4 p.m., returning to Newark by 6 p.m.
     Since space is limited, interested employees and students should
contact the Marine Communications Office at 831-8083 by Monday, Sept. 27,
to reserve round-trip transportation.
