Science Foundation committee for the coordinated program for
Research on Advanced Composites in Construction.
Allan L. McCutcheon, sociology, was an invited visiting professor
at the Zentrum fuer Umfragen, Methoden and Analyse, at the
University of Mannheim, Germany, June 20-July 15.
Robert R. Jordan, Delaware Geological Survey, has been
reappointed to a three-year term on the North American Commission
on Stratigraphic Nomenclature, which recommends procedures for
formal identification and naming of bodies of rock in North
America. He has served on the commission for more than 20 years
and has twice been its chair.
Virginia Tomlinson, media services, has been elected to the board
of directors for the Delaware Credit Union League.
Mary Pritchard, continuing education, has become an accredited
member of the Public Relations Society of America.
