Crime stoppers

   This spring, the Wilmington Campus experienced a number of thefts,
and a team from Public Safety was formed to investigate the problem.
Through surveillance, the perpetrators were captured on videotape,
leading to their arrests. Involved were master police officers Thomas
Finch and Albert Laibinis, investigator David Heckman and police
manager Joel Ivory.
