Pool memberships now on sale

     Community memberships are available for the 1994 season at the
University of Delaware's outdoor swimming pool.
     Located behind the University's Ice Skating Science and Development
Center on Route 896 in Newark, the pool will be open from May 29- Sept. 5.
     Pools hours are

        May 29-June 17:
             noon-6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays;
             and noon-7 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and Memorial Day;
        June 18-Aug. 14:
             noon-8 p.m., Mondays through Fridays;
             noon-7 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and Independence Day; and
        Aug. 15-Sept. 5:
             noon-7:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays;
             noon to 7 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day.

     Reduced rates are available to employees. The University family rate
is $135 and $70 for a University individual. A community family membership
is $155 for the first four members of a family. Charge for additional
family members is $10 each. Individual memberships are available to persons
13 or older for $80.
     Swimming lessons for children, aquacize classes and a swim team are
offered to pool members at an additional charge.
