     Effective July 1, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Delaware will implement a
new contract and payment method with participating physicians. While it is
anticipated that the vast majority of physicians will agree to the new
contract, you may wish to check with your physician about his/her
continuing participation with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Delaware. This
change pertains to the following UD health plans: Basic, Basic Plus,
Comprehensive, Total Health Plus and HMO of Delaware.
