To access Electronic Purchase Requistions

     From MVS:

        * Select "EMC2"
        * Select "Bulletin Boards"
        * Within Bulletin Boards, select "EZ-Forms"
        * Place an "R" next to Purchase Requisition to read the instuctions
          for the form
        * Place a "U" next to Purchase Requistion to use the form
        * Press "PF4" to send the form


     From UNIX Composer Series:

        * Enter "ezforms" at the UNIX prompt
        * Tab down to Purchase Requisition form
        * Press "ENTER"
        * You are automatically in "use forms" mode
        * To view instructions, press "-U"
        * Press "-D" to send the form
