UpDate delay

     The publication and distribution of the Feb. 10 issue of UpDate was
delayed due to a weather-related power outage Wednesday, Feb. 9, at the
Dover Post Co. printing site, plus further storm complications Thursday and
Friday, Feb. 10-11.
