Fall 1994 calendar revised

     The calendar for the fall semester of 1994 has been revised, with the
opening of residence halls for freshmen now on Sunday, Aug. 28, and classes
beginning at 8 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 1. President David P. Roselle
approved the change in the academic calendar announced earlier for 1994-95.
     The dates of other events and deadlines in the 1994 fall semester
calendar have been adjusted accordingly, with final examinations ending on
Friday, Dec. 16. Distribution of the revised 1994-95 academic calendar,
including fee deadlines and registration dates, will be made available
later this month by the Office of the University Registrar. The calendar
will appear in the Feb. 17 issue of UpDate.
