On the job

     Bill Payne, a freshman engineering major, worked with Grounds
Department personnel during Winter Session. Grounds employees and custodial
staff were kept busy, clearing roadways and maintaining walkways and
entrances during a series of seemingly never-ending storms and
bone-chilling temperatures.
