High-tech expo in February

     Using Television, Video and Related Technologies to Enhance Teaching
and Learning: A Faculty Exposition" will be held from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.,
Monday, Feb. 7, in Clayton Hall.
     University speakers and industry representatives will demonstrate
existing and emerging instructional technologies and share experiences
during the day-long event, sponsored by the Office of the Provost and the
Center for Teaching Effectiveness. Presentations will focus on such diverse
topics as using instructional video for on- and off-campus students and the
emerging field of video publishing.
     The exposition is free, and lunch, featuring a keynote speaker, will
be provided.
     More information on the program-listing the workshops and
demonstrations, as well as those who will give presentations-will appear in
January. Reservations are due by Jan. 30. For reservations or information,
