     Bill E. Lowe Jr., Delaware '85,  vice president of the College of
Business and Economics Alumni Association, presented a certificate of
recognition to Chaplin Tyler at Homecoming events Oct. 10. Tyler, a
lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering from 1946-1949,
presented a $2 million gift to the University in April.
