Beach jazz festival                                                  
     The third annual Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival will be Oct. 23-25.        
The festival will include a parade, jazz loop, bandstand concert and

International center                                                 
     The International Center has moved to its permanent location at 4

GCC open house                                                       
     The Graphic Communication Center will hold its second annual open        
house from 3-5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30, in the General Services        
Building.                                                            
     The University community is invited to see the University's     
complete on-campus copying and printing facility.

Education lecture                                                    
     The Education Alumni Association will sponsor a lecture, "What's
Better than the Good Old Days?" by Cornelius V. Robbins from 7-9 p.m.,        
Thursday, Oct. 22, in 100 Kirkbride Lecture Hall.                    
     Robbins will share anecdotes from his career relating to his    
education at the University of Delaware and illustrating his         
optimistic view of American education.                               
     The lecture is free and open to the public.
