Full-time undergraduates to get first shot at Bill Cosby tickets        
                                                               
     Tickets for Bill Cosby's Oct. 30 appearance at the Bob Carpenter
Center will go on sale first to full-time U.D. undergraduates with   
valid I.D. Tickets will be sold beginning Friday, Oct. 2, from 10    
a.m.-4 p.m. in the East Lounge of the Perkins Student Center.        
     The reserved seat tickets are $12.50 for these students, and    
there is a limit of six tickets per person.                          
     Tickets will be available for University faculty, staff and     
part-time and graduate students beginning on Friday, Oct. 9, at      
$17.50. If any tickets remain on Oct. 16, ticket sales will be opened
to the public, at a cost of $22.50 per ticket.                       
     Any tickets that remain on Oct. 30 will be sold at $22.50.      
     The concert is sponsored by the Student Program Association and 
the Perkins Student Center.                                          
     This will mark Cosby's second appearance at Delaware. He        
performed two shows in November 1968 at the Carpenter Sports         
Building.
