'Rugg's' recommends U. of D. chemistry

     Rugg's Recommendations on the Colleges, now in its ninth edition, has
listed the University of Delaware in its "very selective" list of
recommended undergraduate programs in chemistry.
     Called the 'yellow pages" of college guides, the directory is written
by Frederick E. Rugg, a graduate of Brown University and a veteran director
of college counseling for 20 years.
