Rotary fellow

     William Keene, director of School/ University Partnerships at the
University, was recognized in June by Rotary International as a Paul Harris
Fellow. The national award is presented in recognition of substantial
contributions to humanitarian and educational programs. Keene was honored
for his service to students in the state of Delaware through his work as a
classroom teacher, administrator, school board member and state
superintendent of public instruction.
