Joining the board

     Howard E. Cosgrove of Newark (left) and Ernst Dannemann of Dover are
the newest members of the University's Board of Trustees.
     Cosgrove is chairman, president and chief executive officer of
Delmarva Power & Light Co. The recipient of an MBA degree from the
University of Delaware, Cosgrove began his career with Delmarva Power in
1966.
     The founder and former president of Dannemann Fabrics Inc., Dannemann
also was a director of Independent Newspapers Inc. and served the state of
Delaware as a member of several boards and as chairman of the State Board
of Pension Trustees.
