     Elementary school students from Richardson Park Learning Center track
the flight of model rockets they launched on Frazer Field May 13 with the
help of students from the College of Engineering. The event was part of the
Delaware Aerospace Department/ Delaware Teacher Center's Launching a Dream
program.
