Cable signing

     The University and Commonwealth Communications, C-TEC Systems signed a
contract April 20 for installing equipment to receive television
programming on campus. Present at the signing were (from left) John Balan,
executive vice president of C-TEC; Tory Windley, director of purchasing;
Susan Foster, associate vice president of Computing and Network Services;
David Hollowell, senior vice president of administration; John Tigne,
senior account executive of C-TEC; and University President David P.
Roselle. "We are looking forward to having the work completed by Sept. l,"
Foster said, " and to developing a partnership with C-TEC to deliver this
valuable service to the University's resident students."
