Employee development programs

     Employee Development has completed its scheduled courses for 1992-93.
During the last fiscal year, many employees have taken advantage of these
programs, which were designed to develop and enhance professional skills.
For those who did not have the opportunity to participate in programs this
year, the following list highlights some of the programming that was
offered.

     Developing Leader Competencies for Non supervisory professionals

     Advanced Defensive Driving

     New initiatives are being planned for next year. Employees should look
for the announcement of employee development training classes in a late
summer edition of Update and on the electronic mail system bulletin board.
