Congressional papers

     The official papers of Delaware's former U.S. Rep. Thomas R. Carper,
Delaware '75M, have been delivered to the campus. The papers, which will
become part of the University Library collections, are historical records
of activity during the current Delaware governor's career in the U.S. House
of Representatives.
