Salaried staff continue with PRIDE

     PRIDE performance evaluation forms will continue to be used to
evaluate salaried staff members, according to James Flynn, director of
employee services.
     A new performance appraisal system for the professional staff is being
implemented this spring.
     Employee Services staff members are available to provide training or
other assistance to supervisors or salaried staff members in using the
PRIDE form.  Completed performance appraisals are due by April 30 at
Employee Services, Academy Building.
     Copies of the three-part evaluation PRIDE form may be obtained by
calling Employee Services at 831-6651.
     Electronic versions are available at any computing site or by
forwarding a formatted diskette, with name, department and return address,
to Computing and Network Services (CNS) Office Systems.
     The available versions are Wordperfect 5.1, Wordperfect for Windows
and Microsoft Word 4.0 for Macintosh.
