Literacy tests                                                 
                                                               
     Literacy classes to begin Sept. 29, will be held Tuesdays and   
Thursdays, from noon-2 p.m. and from 3-5 p.m. Release time is        
available for employees interested in participating. Skills assessment        
training will be offered from 1-4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, Sept. 15
