Shuttle schedule
     The University shuttle to the Library of Congress and the Folger
Library in Washington, D.C., will operate on Fridays during Winter Session
through Feb. 5.
     To make reservations, call Victoria Gray Miller or Joann Civarelli at
831-2361 by noon, Wednesday, of each week.

Tai-chi classes
     Ji Zhang, a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry and
Biochemistry, is starting a tai-chi course during Winter Session.
     Interested individuals should meet in the racquetball area of the
Carpenter Sports Building on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4:30 p.m.

Learning workshop
     The Center for Teaching Effectiveness workshop "Introduction to
Problem-Based Learning" will be held from 9 a.m.-noon and from 1:30-3 p.m.,
Monday, Feb. 1, and from 9-11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 2, in the Ewing Room
