Recalling history

     In the 90-minute documentary, Liberators-Fighting on Two Fronts In
World War II, Benjamin Bender (center) recalls the day American troops
freed him from Buchenwald. With him are two of his liberators, E.G.
McConnell (left) and Leonard "Smitty" Smith. Bill Mills, producer of the
film, will speak on campus Jan. 27. Please see related story on page 11.
