Met moves claims processing unit

     Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the University dental plan
carrier, has moved its dental claims processing unit to Warwick, R.I.
Effective immediately, all dental claim forms should be sent to the address
below:

        Metropolitan Life Insurance Company
        Group Dental Claims
        P. O. Box 450
        Warwick, RI 02887-0450
       
     Please direct all phone inquiries to 1-800-368-5176.
     If claims are inadvertently sent to the former processing unit, they
will be forwarded to the new address.
     To expedite processing, employees should inform dentists of the change
of address. Revised claim forms are available from the Benefits Office, 87
E. Main St.
