Over the top!

     Members of the University community donated and pledged $140,190.92 to
the United Way campaign, exceeding the campus goal of $140,000.
     President David P. Roselle offered a special thank you to the campus
community.
     "We are very grateful to all the staff, professionals and faculty
members who contributed to this year's United Way campaign, one of great
importance in this time of economic duress and stress for so many," he
said.
     "This support from generous members of the University of Delaware
community will go a long way in the greater community to help meet the
needs of fellow Delawareans served by United Way agencies," Roselle said.
"Sincere thanks go to all who donated."
