Professor receives ACS section award                   
                                                       
     Burnaby Munson has received the 1992 American Chemical Society
Delaware Section Award, given annually to a member of the Delaware ACS
Section for conspicious scientific achievement and contributions in an
area of chemistry or chemical engineering.  Munson, a faculty member
in chemistry and biochemistry, is being recognized for his outstanding
contributions to the field of mass spectrometry.
