Jurors needed
     Anyone who ever wanted to be a juror now has the opportunity.
Interested individuals will be paid for participation in a
University mock jury research study.
     For information, call Kerrie Finneran, criminal justice
research assistant, at 451-6285.

Street closings
     Beginning the first week in November, South Chapel Street,
from Wyoming Road to Chambers Street, will be under construction to
install storm water drainage pipes and new catch basins.
     Traffic will be detoured onto nearby streets. Deliveries will
be possible to the Computing Center, except on the day when pipe
installation is scheduled in front of the entrance.
     The city of Newark expects the work to last approximately two

Employee fitness
     An Employee Aerobics Program will be held from noon-1 p.m.,
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, in Carpenter Sports Building. Cost
is $25.
     A separate session, at $25, is conducted from 5-6 p.m.,
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, in Newark Hall gymnasium.
     A walking program, held from noon-1 p.m., Tuesdays and
Thursdays, in Carpenter Sports Building, is $10.
     These sessions run through Dec. 13.
