Chairperson named

     Janice Selekman has been named associate professor and
chairperson of the Department of Advanced Nursing Science. Selekman
earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of
Pittsburgh and master's and doctoral degrees from the University of
Pennsylvania. For the past 10 years, she has held a variety of
positions at Thomas Jefferson University. Her articles have
appeared in a number of publications on pediatric rehabilitation,
immune deficiency in children, learning disabilities and the
concerns of adolescents.
