     Meet Eileen Herb, the voice on the menu hotline- 451-1111.
Herb gives the daily lowdown on what's cooking at the University
each day. A secretary in Dining Services, she has been recording
the daily offerings for three years, telling students who call
whether it's fish and chips or BLT's for lunch, or ham or chicken
and noodles for dinner. Feedback on the program, which has been
going on for about five years, is positive.
